Currently when the CLI is integrating with a site and is displaying the "Linking to..." screen, unless the user is looking at the console, it's not apparent what the status of the CLI is. This also includes if the CLI fails.

Improving the text/messaging when the CLI is linking will help users know to view their console to see the status of the CLI.
